The excellent reputation of Golden Home Services is based on the care our Personal Assistants/Certified Nursing Assistant's provide. We select the best of the PCAs/CNAs as well as train them ourselves. Our loving caregivers are thoroughly trained and committed to provide quality, reliable, and compassionate services in each home. Our caregivers come into your home licensed, bonded, and insured. Our screening process is in-depth and each of our caregivers has received:

• Thorough application process and reference verification

• Extensive criminal background checks

• Regular supervision and evaluation by a professional nurse

• On-going education and training

Moreover, at Golden Home Services we pride ourselves on the special interaction our caregivers have with our clients. Often while attending to our clients, our caregivers bond and develop relationships that often times mean more to our clients than the day-to-day service.

One initial step that assists with this unique bonding is that we first set up interviews with the staff and the client to make sure the staff will be the right fit before any care is performed. This is the key to our success and satisfaction of our clients.

A Client Care Director will set up an assessment free of charge to come into the home and interview the client and family. We ask questions about personality and preferences at this time. We assess the home and tasks that the client would like our caregivers to do. This allows us to target caregivers who may be a good match. Another way to perhaps establish this unique bond may be through an initial meeting with a potential caregiver.

Finally, our monthly performance improvement program keeps us on our toes and better servicing our clients. We monitor many quality care indicators, which gives us the immediate feedback on how we can improve our services in the future.
