This involves a thorough screening and selection process.

Our screening process involves:

• A criminal background check

• Professional Reference checks

• Drug testing

• Physical exams

• Appropriate vaccinations

• All Staff is CPR and First Aid Certified

The selection process includes:

• Personality testing

• Competency exams

• Qualifications testing for specified nursing expectations
